Why everyone keeps coming back.

Mojo’s Tacos - Franklin serves up an authentic and vibrant Mexican dining experience right in the heart of Franklin, Tennessee. Located within the bustling Factory complex, this casual yet lively spot draws in taco lovers with its expertly crafted, flavor-packed menu and welcoming atmosphere.

At Mojo’s Tacos, the cuisine shines through its diverse taco selection and fresh, thoughtfully composed salads. Their iconic Puffy taco—a golden, fried flour tortilla that puffs up like a delicious edible bowl—holds tender barbacoa, creamy queso, zesty guacamole, and bright, fresh cilantro and onions, delivering a beautiful contrast of textures and layers of smoky, savory flavors. The Birria tacos come highly recommended, featuring shredded beef melted with jack cheese on a flat-grilled tortilla, paired perfectly with a rich consommé for dipping, offering a comforting explosion of tender, spiced meat and melty cheese.

For those seeking heartier options, the Green Chili Cheeseburger stands out with smashed beef patties, spicy rajas, melty American cheese, and a smoky Morita sauce—served alongside crispy fries, it’s a clever twist that brings burger lovers into the fold. Vegetarians and salad fans will appreciate crisp, fresh salads like the Jalapeño Caesar, which blends chopped romaine with cotija cheese, spicy chili-rubbed croutons, and a creamy jalapeño Caesar dressing that adds just the right punch of heat.

The dining environment at Mojo’s Tacos is delightfully casual and unpretentious, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or a weekend brunch. The open layout provides bright, natural light during the day, giving it a fresh and inviting vibe. Its location in The Factory gives it a lively backdrop, though some diners note it can feel a bit busy and compact during peak times. The friendly, efficient staff elevate the experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere where ordering is simple—you just grab a number and wait for your flavorful feast.

Weekend mornings are a special treat at Mojo’s, with breakfast tacos offered on Saturdays and Sundays. Early risers can enjoy a savory start with beloved options like adobo chicken tacos alongside freshly made chips and guacamole that taste like they were made just moments ago, capturing the heart of fresh Mexican street food.

Customers consistently rave about the bold flavors and generous portions. From the “incredible” old school and adobo chicken tacos to the fresh street corn side that some have deemed better than the rice, the menu is full of crave-worthy delights. Even amid occasional crowding and busy vibes from The Factory’s foot traffic, Mojo’s Tacos stands out as a destination where the food truly makes every moment worth it.

In summary, Mojo’s Tacos - Franklin delivers an authentic taste of Mexico with a fun, casual vibe that suits both quick lunches and leisurely weekend brunches. Whether you're a taco aficionado or just looking to explore vibrant, flavorful fare in a friendly environment, Mojo’s offers an experience that’s as satisfying as it is memorable.

We were looking for a light dinner and this place appealed. Its not far from the old town center (about a mile away). It is a very casual vibe, but also fun due to being in The Factory. It's very open and bright during the day. This is the kind of place where you put in your order and get a number to deliver at your table. The staff were all very friendly. The food was quite tasty. It reminded me a lot of Fuzzy's Taco Shop. I'd definitely come back again.

Hey the food was really good. The layout results in people in line watching you eat, and lots of foot traffic as there isn't a lot of space when it's busy, which it was when I went. None of this is to say this isn't worth a visit, it definitely is. The factory in general and the stores within just isn't the kind of atmosphere I seek out.

On Saturdays, Mojos has breakfast tacos along with their regular lunch tacos. No matter if you are looking for breakfast or brunch, it's a great place to start your Saturday morning! The staff are nice and service was really quick with assisting you! Parking acn be challenging on Saturdays with the Franklin Farmers Market, but absolutely worth finding a spot and getting inside.

We had breakfast tacos here (only served on Saturdays and Sundays) this morning around the 10 and they were fabulous. No line (the factory doesn’t really get busy until 11). The girl taking our order was a bit offhand and then went to go chat with a male server instead of helping us find a high chair. When we went to go ask for one, she looked at us like we were annoying her. The server she’d be chatting with went and got it for us. 5 stars for the food. 4 stars for her. We had one brisket breakfast taco (puffy) and one pork adovada breakfast taco. We could have easily eaten a second one each but we were waiting for friends and didn’t want to kill our appetite for lunch.

Really cool place, tasty food, a bit pricey. My family of 4 ate here in April 2025, and since I ate earlier I didn’t get a meal, and for the 3 of them it was $66. The food was really good, we enjoyed the atmosphere. When in the ordering line it was confusing to know exactly what they offered, so we had to lookup the menu online - and that was a big help. The 2 taco meal with a side was what both kids ordered, and my daughter was full, but son was still hungry. They both got fries with their meal, and if course that was subject to “dad tax” - and I enjoyed their unique flavored seasoned fries. The wife ordered a taco and the Cali fries. The Cali fries was our favorite item. This is a good place to go with little kids as the dining area is informal and the kids can walk around or be loud and it’s A-OK. The kids also enjoyed that the drink is a station where you can select your own drinks (and of course, as kids like to do, mix multiple drinks together). The location is nice as it’s on the west side of “The Factory” very close to the west parking lot. The bathrooms are in the common area of the Factory and are really clean.

These are the best tacos I have ever had! And I have gone to a lot of taco joints over the years. I can almost guarantee you will agree if you go. You order up at a counter and then sit down with a number for your order. The quick service for the quality is just unbelievable. The fajita taco was my fav. The guac and salsa are amazing. Margaritas are excellent as well. Highly recommend !
